Come **Administrative Affairs Specialist** (Sostituzione maternità), supporterai l’ufficio nell’adempimento delle attività amministrative funzionali allo svolgimento dell’attività alberghiera.

Le tue responsabilità includono:

- Svolgimento delle pratiche amministrative relative a licenze, autorizzazioni e concessioni necessarie all’attività alberghiera.
- Supporto all’Ufficio nell’adempimento delle pratiche amministrative in occasione di aperture/chiusure/ristrutturazioni delle unità alberghiere.
- Predisposizione dei mandati di pagamento di tasse, tributi e canoni di abbonamento riguardanti SIAE, FONOGRAFICI, RAI, NUOVA IMAIE, ASSOCIAZIONE DI CATEGORIA DI CATENA E TERRITORIALI.
- Adempiere alle pratiche in materia ambientale e assistere le unità alberghiere nella gestione amministrativa dei rifiuti.
- Supporto alle unità alberghiere in fase di ispezione e per ogni necessità relativa agli aspetti burocratico/amministrativi.
- Aggiornare l’archivio legale relativo alle strutture alberghiere (atti di acquisizione, permessi e licenze, documentazione técnica rilevante ecc.).
- Monitorare costantemente nuove norme o aggiornamenti per il settore alberghiero.

- Esperienza nel ruolo o in ruoli affini.
- Conoscenza approfondita delle materie giuridiche e amministrative.
- Eccellenti capacità comunicative e analitiche.
- Predisposizione al lavoro individuale e in team.
