**Job Description**:
**_Description _**
- You will support and collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team. This instructive internship has various missions that will allow you to fully understand the visual communication of a luxury brand, work in the core strategy of an International group._
- VISUAL MERCHANDISING KEY TASKS (80%):_
- _Work closely with VM manager on competitor’s mapping within the three different channels (national chains, traditional chains and ultra-prestige)_
- _Monitor and identify best practices to scale (ie. from other environments as well, not just perfumeries), be curious and always up to date_
- _Assist VM manager with organization and implementation of window schemes set up. Manage internal reporting to be shared at Emea and Global level_
- _Support and analize VM surveys to be deployed to the field force on quarterly basis_
- _Contribute to the local trade materials development together with the team_
- _Adapt the VM assets in conformity with brand equity and directions given by Global, Marketing and creative teams_

**Qualifications**
- _Minimum Education Level: Student of Graphic/Art school, interior design degree, Design management_
- _Required Language Proficiency: Italian, English (mandatory)_
- Additional Job Specifications:_
- _Proficient in SketchUP, AutoCad & Microsoft Office_
- _Sense of aesthetics, Attention to detail_
- _Curious, open minded, smart attitude_
- _Capability to work in a team environment, very good interpersonal skills_
- _Rigorous, well organized_
