**Overview**:
**Vodafone Internship Program** is a development path dedicated to both Bachelor and Master’s students, which allows you to spend 6 months as an active member in in one of the different areas of Finance. After this experience, you will be able to relay complex information in a simple, clear and concise way to senior management. You will gain independence in performing tasks assigned, setting priorities and achieving yours goals. It includes also the opportunity to work on a project that could be the topic of your final dissertation. The Internship Program may be just the first step of you career in Vodafone. In fact, it will allow you to take part in the selection process for our Discover Program.
The Industrial Relations team has two main lines of activity within it: Labor Law and Trade Union
**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:
With reference to the part of labor regulations, the main activities are:
- Research and regulatory updating on labor law
- Participation in the management of disciplinary proceedings
- Regulatory support to the HR function
- Participation in the management of disputes
- DueDiligence activities
- Implementation of collective agreements
- Contract management activities
**Core competencies, knowledge and experience**:
- Master’s Degree in Law
- Mastery of technical-legal terminology
- Preferably thesis on labor or trade union law
**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:
- Mastery of technical-legal terminology
- Excellent communication skills
