Per il nostri nuovi stand brandizzato da un'importante Azienda Energy che saranno posti presso il **centro commerciale GRAND'AFFI selezioniamo**:
**1 TEAM MANAGER IN TRAINING**:
La risorsa selezionata, dopo un periodo di formazione in webinar e on the job presso i nostri point situati in provincia di Bergamo, avrà il compito di garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita concordati con la direzione
- **Si evidenzia che gli stand hanno come attività principale la vendita consulenziale di commodity ( contratti residenziali e business luce e gas) e non il solo marketing di prodotti energy (utenze domestiche e business).**_

**Si offrono**:
**a) Assunzione e contratto part time ( 30 h per il Team Leader) secondo CCNL Commercio;**

**b) Formazione tecnico-commerciale continuativa e professionale;**

**c) Stipendio netto in busta paga a partire da € 1.100 + buoni pasto + incentivi + rimborso spese forfettario**

**d) Cellulare e pc Aziendale**
- **Requisiti**:_
- **A) Esperienza di almeno 2 anni in vendita di servizi (plus prodotti energy o telco).**_
- **B) Disponibilità al lavoro nei week end**_
- **C) Determinazione e passione per le vendite - Spirito commerciale**_
- **D ) Capacità di lavorare per obiettivi e di gestire un team**_

Le assunzioni sono previste ad inizio Novembre 24 (giorno 4-5); è previsto un periodo di formazione di 4/5 giorni presso i nostri stand situati in provincia di Bergamo.

Si valutano positivamente figure senior già esperte del settore energy con pacchetto clienti attivo (in tal caso i profili retributivi saranno commisurati alle effettive capacità)

Contratto di lavoro: Part-time

Retribuzione: €1.300,00 - €1.800,00 al mese

Ore previste: 30 a settimana
