Il Sales & Business Development avrà le seguenti responsabilità:

- Incrementare il Business dell'azienda;
- Acquisizione di nuovi clienti attraverso la realizzazione di strategie di customer engagement e lead generation;
- Elaborare ricerche di mercato e analisi della concorrenza;
- Raggiungimento degli obiettivi;
- Preparare ed eseguire Action Plan;
- Gestione dell'intero processo di vendita (dall'incontro con il cliente alla chiusura della trattativa);
- Consolidare e sviluppare relazioni con i principali stakeholder di settore;
- Reporting sull'andamento delle attività.

Solida ed innovativa realtà operante nel settore Automotive|Ricerca un Commerciale con forte attitudine allo sviluppo Business

Il Sales and Business Development dovrà avere le seguenti caratteristiche:

- Laurea in Economia, Ingegneria o esperienza equivalente;
- Pregressa esperienza analoga di almeno 3 anni in ambito Automotive in ruoli commerciali nella vendita di servizi;
- Approccio consulenziale nella gestione del cliente;
- Raggiungimento degli obiettivi;
- Predisposizione al teamworking;
- Forte predisposizione allo sviluppo Business implementando una strategia adeguata, rispondendo all'Amministratore Delegato;
- Dimestichezza nell'utilizzo di CRM;
- Ampia disponibilità a trasferimenti sul territorio assegnato.
