**What's the role?**:
We’re looking for a Marketplace Project Manager who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced, high-performing, international working culture.
Working closely with our Global Project Management Team to run Hilti Italia in a new channel
You will setup, implement and manage the Marketplace in Italy, and could be involved in launch for other marketplace in the Region.

**What does the role involve?**:
It will be your ownership to:

- Setup the Project;
- Engage and coordinate relevant stakeholder across geographies (local and global) and functions;
- Management and improve the Marketplace.

During the Setup steps you’ll be asked to:

- Size the market, relevant customer target and competitors landscape;
- Review contractual agreement with the provider and collect all the documentation needed for the account registration: both local and global information required;
- Establish point of contact with Marketplace Account Manager and keep the relation with the Vendor;
- Definition of suitable assortment and pricing for target customer segment within the channel-mix according to product availability, product launch and marketing roadmaps;
- Do evaluation and implementation of target fulfillment approach balancing Logistics and Warehouse needs;
- Implement the (digital) brand strategy with the support of Digital Marketing Team and Marketplace Account Manager;
- Tracking & reporting of marketing activities to evaluate results and coherence with overall strategy and other channels priorities;
- Define performance KPIs and related targets in the short and medium term. Analyze results and define actions to accelerate growth and traffic.

Managing the Marketplace means to:

- Get a deep understanding of the internal and external variables that impact marketplace to identify opportunities to improve the Customer experience and grow Hilti presence;
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Hilti Italy, work closely with marketplace provider and global stakeholders;
- Continuous optimization of assortment, (digital) marketing initiatives, content, advertisizing, processes and in general optimize all the relevant KPIs to ensure growth on Marketplace in the Hilti way;
- Define business plan and necessary investments to support Channel growth.

**What you need is**:

- 4-5 years of experience in Project Management of Marketplace or Online Store for B2B Market (ideally in industry, construction or consulting);
- Degree in economic disciplines, finance or engineering;
- Fluent in English and Italian;
- Show high level of Planning and Analytical skills;
- Need to be able to build relationships and to run networking (with internal and external stakeholder).
