**What You Can Expect**:
Field Sales Senior Representative (Centre-South Italy): Carry out the promotion and sale of the assigned product line, according to Biomet's commercial policy, while maintaining and increasing the customer portfolio.

- Attend to and acquire clinical and management customers in the assigned area, establishing sustainable business relationships.
- Develop the approved commercial plan in the sales area.
- Promote products and surgical techniques.
- Promote training activities among customers.
- Promote market development by communicating the need for new products or technologies.
- Follow the company's pricing policy and sales conditions.
- Maintain relationships with distributors.

**Your Background**:
**Academic Background**
- Health-related degree

**Knowledge/Experience**
- Languages: Intermediate level of English
- IT/Technical requirements: Office
- Experience: 4 years in the medical device sector
- Others: Sales techniques and knowledge of medical devices
