Innovation Engineering SRL, a dynamic and innovative IT company part of PNO Group, specialized in the design, development, and maintenance of advanced IT solutions is looking for a HR Generalist to join our team.

Tasks

**Main duties and responsibilities**:

- Facilitate the onboarding process for the new starters, ensuring a smooth transition into the Company;
- Manage and mantain HR records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality;
- Manage all recruiting activities, from posting job openings to supporting the team in
- Handle administrative tasks related to HR processes;
- Provide HR support to employees and management;
- Maintenance of HR System holding employee information in timely and accurate

manner;
- Provide proactive HR best practice advice;
- Provide guidance and coaching on HR issues to managers and employees including workforce planning, talent acquisition, retention, reward & recognition,

employee performance & development, succession planning, culture;
- Supporting the organisation in progressing the equality, diversity, and inclusion

strategy.

- Proven experience in a HR role
- Experience with HR systems, preferably Personio
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly organised with the ability to manage conflicting priorities
- Professional proficiency in English
