**MAIN REQUIREMENTS**

As a Junior Consultant, you will play a comprehensive role at the intersection of consulting, business design, and digitalization:

- Support **project governance and PMO activities**, contributing to the planning, monitoring, and coordination of project streams.
- Prepare and deliver **presentations**, **documentation**, and **analyses**to support decision-making and client engagement.
- **Collaborate with business and technology**teams**to design innovative solutions that enhance clients’ business models and support the strategic growth of their Wealth Management services.
- Contribute to Wealth Management processes, supporting their effectiveness and alignment with business and digital initiatives.
- Be part of the evolution of digital solutions, helping translate business needs into innovative improvements for Wealth Management services.
- This position offers the opportunity to grow in complex projects, combining strategy, business process innovation, and digital transformation, in an environment that continuously invests in people.

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**
- Master’s degree in Economics / Finance, Management Engineering, Statistics, or related fields.
- Previous experience (even short) in consulting firms, banks, asset/wealth management or insurance companies, preferably in roles related to digital transformation or business development.
- Excellent command of English; knowledge of a second foreign language is appreciated.
