JIL SANDER is looking for a Retail Merchandising Manager to coordinate the international buying and training team with focus retail, digital, omichannel.

Job Responsibilities:

- Definition of Master Order (Menswear and Womenswear: RTW, Bags, Shoes, Slg)- Allocation and sizing guidelines
- Definition of OTB in collaboration with Planning
- Master order presentation to the Creative Directors
- Coordinate the buy activities and follow up
- Outlet: planning and merchandise allocation
- Outlet: special products planning
- Sell Through report and periodical ad hoc analysis coordination
- Stock reallocation
- Managing special Retail requests from store managers to VIP customers
- Closely working with Visual Merchandising/ E merchandiser department in order to ensure the visibility of slow selling items and key styles of the collection
- Liaising with stores managers and sales force
- Periodical store visits
- interacting with the training team to fully support the retail experience
- Working with collection merch to create the training tools

Job Requisition:

- Be a Jil Sander Lover- Minimum 8 years’ experience (4 as a leader / senior member) in Omnichannel and digital buy
- Bring a specialism, experience and attitude that add a new dimension to Jil sander’s Retail merchandising team
- Have the ability to think strategically, and to be proactive
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills - English is critical, Italian and other languages are a bonus
- Have a ‘can do’ attitude - a bias to “yes”
- Commitment to working hands-on for a dynamic and innovative brand with an independent, off-beat mindse
