- We are currently seeking a
- **Manager of Digital Marketing eCommerce Direct Response** to lead our European direct response strategy and execution.
- As the
- **Manager of Digital Marketing eCommerce Direct Response**, you will be responsible for owning the overall direct response strategy and execution for all of Fossil Group's European activities in alignment with the marketing and commercial teams both in region and globally.
- You will manage and coordinate channel managers, as well as all third party agencies and vendors needed to support the channels.
- In addition, you will lead a team of direct response channel specialists covering search, shopping, affiliates, remarketing, and SEO.
- Own budget, strategy, execution, and optimization of direct response tactics for Fossil Group's EMEA websites
- Continuously optimize spend efficiency and effectiveness, including identifying and testing opportunities that improve ROI/profit
- Provide monthly reporting and analysis to share best practices with peers, other regions, and brand teams
- Work closely with local and global counterparts to share and implement best practices

**Who you are**
- 7+ years in ecommerce retail experience, either on agency or client side with a focus on paid direct response channels (Paid Search (SEM/SEA/PPC) / Shopping, Retargeting experience mandatory e.g. Google Ads, Google Shopping, Google Search)
- Demonstrable commercial/business/sales and industry acumen including structured analysis ability, including consolidating and analysing data from multiple sources
- Demonstrable ability and desire to work at both the strategic and tactical levels
- Strong communication skills plus time management skills and sensitivity to deadlines
- Excellent understanding of how consumers search in each country, with a knowledge of the slang and terminology used in the region to find products that customers are looking for
- Proven ability to effectively manage teams and 3rd party external agencies and partner
- Self-starter mentality and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in international, cross-functional and multicultural environments of consumer/lifestyle products
- Demonstrable experience in SEO
- Demonstrable ability to work across cultures and geographies to support local digital needs
- Multi-Language fluency preferred (additional French, Italian, or Dutch)
