IT SPECIALIST

La figura inserita, avrà come scopo principale l’accettazione delle richieste di assistenza da parte dei clienti interni e svolgerà le seguenti mansioni:

- Supporto ed assistenza agli utenti per problematiche relative ai software e all’hardware in dotazione
- Supporto agli applicativi gestionali (ERP, Sap, Applicativi di logística e supply chain)
- Gestione account e diritti di accesso ai vari applicativi
- Risoluzione di problematiche di I° livello relative alle reti e alle connessioni
- Partecipazione alla redazione delle procedure interne e raccolta richieste e redazione documentazione funzionale
- Esecuzione System Tests nel caso di nuovi applicativi o evoluzioni dei sistemi gestionali esistenti

**Requisiti**:
Requisiti richiesti:

- Ottime conoscenze di Windows e della Suite office;
- Buone conoscenze di Office365, MS Windows Sever OSs, di gestione dei servizi Microsoft, servizi di rete e gestione dei tickets
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, lingua francese un plus
- Flessibilità e proattività,

Si offre:
Contratto a tempo indeterminato con retribuzione in linea con la seniority acquisita
