Muffin è alla ricerca di un Junior In-House Legal Counsel da inserire nel team People & Operations..

Muffin, Start-Up Fintech, è il primo one-stop shop Europeo della Finanza Agevolata, una piattaforma che, grazie alla sua tecnologia innovativa, supporta le PMI e il network di professionisti del settore, dallo scouting e la gestione delle opportunità tramite tool digitali, fino all’ottenimento della liquidità necessaria al completamento dei progetti.

Stiamo cercando un Junior In-House Legal Counsel che fornisca consulenza legale proattiva e continua agendo come partner per supportare le attività di vendita e operative, apportando un focus su contratti digitali e protezione dati nel settore fintech. Il consulente legale riporterà all'amministratore delegato e lavorerà supportando le varie funzioni aziendali.

**Responsabilità**
- Redigere, revisionare e negoziare contratti commerciali e digitali.
- Garantire la conformità legale della nostra piattaforma (ad esempio in base al Digital Services Act, al Regolamento Platform to Business e al GDPR).
- Collaborare con team interfunzionali per assicurare la conformità legale nello sviluppo del prodotto.
- Mantenersi aggiornati sulle leggi e i regolamenti pertinenti nel settore fintech e digitale.
- Contribuire allo sviluppo di politiche e procedure legali interne.
- Assistere negli sforzi di conformità al GDPR.

**Requisiti**
- Laurea in Giurisprudenza con 2-4 anni di esperienza in diritto digitale, fintech o protezione dei dati.
- Comprensione del diritto dei contratti commerciali, dei contratti digitali e del diritto delle piattaforme.
- Ottima conoscenza e esperienza nella gestione dei principi del GDPR e delle normative sulla protezione dei dati.
- Capacità di lavorare in modo indipendente e in squadra.
- Atteggiamento propositivo e disponibilità ad apprendere in un ambiente dinamico.
