Four Corners, recruiter specialised in search and selection of professionals and managers in the Fashion, Luxury and Lifestyle market, on behalf of an important Luxury firm:
**Head of Sales WW - Accessories**

The Head of Sales WW will be in charge of defining the global brand sales strategy, the sales plan and manage the sale of all collections across all channels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and achieve targeted sales goals;
- Select, develop, and coach sales professionals to achieve goals for profitable revenue growth;
- Cultivate and maintain effective business relationships with executive decision makers in large accounts;
- Pursue identified business prospects, actively participating in the development of new business opportunities;
- Identify, open, and manage domestic retail accounts;
- Communicate with buyers regularly to promote strong sell through, staff knowledge, introduce new lines, get sales feedback, etc.;
- Review and analyze sales performances against programs, quotes, and plans to determine effectiveness;
- Perform all other duties as needed or required to maintain and grow profitable business within the assigned account base.

**Requirements**:

- Great experience within the wholesale environment;
- Experience working in the Premium-Luxury Accessories market;
- Managerial skills, experience in managing a team;
- Proven contacts and existing relationships with major department stores and chain stores;
- Executive presence to influence senior decision-makers.
