Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel belonging to Marriott International, is currently recruiting Hosts/Hostesses to join a team made of modern and authentic hospitality professionals in the newest luxury lifestyle hotel in Milan.

Reporting to the F&B Outlets Manager, the role will cover any tasks related to the F&B service organization in any of our four outlets.
- This is full-time position, 5 days a week with 2 days off.
- The starting date is estimated in July

**What you’ll do**
- Welcome guests and be the hotel ambassador.
- Greet incoming and departing guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact.
- Ensure recognition of guests, anticipate needs based on their preferences using the internal company tools.
- Escort them to assigned dining area, present menus and announce waiter's name to ensure smooth handoff to the F&B experts.
- Manage guests’ requests and complaints in line with Standard Operating Procedures and using the internal company system.
- Manage the flow of guests into the F&B outlets areas, provide accurate wait times to incoming guests.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures and hotel identity guidelines.
- Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
- Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies.

**What you’ll need**:

- Passion for the luxury lifestyle hospitality industry.
- A warm, people-oriented demeanor and a team-player attitude.
- Good knowledge of Italian and English languages.
- An excellent verbal manner and proven customer service skills.
- Positive outlook and dependability.
- Previous experience in similar roles is an advantage.
