Per un nostro importante cliente stiamo cercando un* Project Manager / Project Engineering Manager.
La risorsa coordinerà le attività multidisciplinari di commessa per servizi di ingegneria al fine di garantire il rispetto delle specifiche di progetto e dei requisiti contrattuali.
In particolare, avrà la responsabilità di:
- supervisionare e coordinare le attività dei Project Specialist Leader coinvolti assicurando il rispetto dei tempi e del budget in tutte le fasi previste dal contratto;
- coordinare e supervisionare le attività dei fornitori di ingegneria e subcontractor;
- gestire eventuali modifiche e scostamenti al fine di ottimizzare le tempistiche e contenere i costi di commessa;
- interfacciarsi con clienti, fornitori, autorità per gli aspetti tecnici dei progetti.
Questi i requisiti che ti chiediamo:
- Laurea in ingegneria, preferibilmente ad indirizzo meccanico;
- Esperienza di almeno 5 anni maturata nel ruolo di PM/PEM in progetti multidisciplinari nel settore oil and gas;
- Esperienza pregressa nella gestione di attività multidisciplinari;
- Ottime capacità di analisi, pianificazione e gestione delle attività;
- Ottime capacità di gestione di progetti complessi (risorse, tempi e budget);
- Conoscenza delle principali normative e standard nazionali e internazionali;
- Disponibilità ad effettuare trasferte (in Italia e all’estero);
- Proattività e orientamento al risultato;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese e italiana, parlata e scritta;
Sede di lavoro: l’attività sarà svolta per i primi mesi all’estero, poi si prevede un lavoro in modalità ibrida, smartworking e alcuni giorni presso la sede del cliente in zona Milano.
