Per la nostra sede di **Milano **, stiamo cercando una risorsa da inserire nell’area **Innovation and Digital Hub **, in particolare nella struttura **Innovation Ecosystem **che ha l’obiettivo di:

- Sviluppare e creare partnership di innovazione con start up, operatori industriali, acceleratori, incubatori, broker di innovazione o altri operatori specializzati dell’ecosistema nazionale ed internazionale
- Lanciare e sviluppare challenge di innovazione con l'ecosistema di partner per rispondere ai bisogni del gruppo
- Definire e supportare la strategia di internazionalizzazione dell’ecosistema dell’innovazione di Gruppo, identificando opportunità di collaborazione in ecosistemi strategici su temi allineati alla strategia del Gruppo
- Identificare e strutturare opportunità di miglioramento continuo nelle modalità di collaborazione con l’ecosistema
- Identificare e promuovere l’evoluzione delle migliori strategie di scouting, anche attraverso la sperimentazione di nuove soluzioni innovative e all’avanguardia
- Promuovere la diffusione della cultura del crowdsourcing all’interno delle Direzioni del Gruppo attraverso il coinvolgimento attivo dei colleghi

**All’interno della struttura Innovation Ecosystem ti occuperai di**:

- Identificare e selezionare le startup più promettenti in base al piano industriale del gruppo e alle esigenze espresse dalle diverse business unit di A2A
- Coordinare le attività di scouting e di valutazione delle startup, supportando le business unit di A2A nella definizione dei criteri di selezione e nella scelta delle sperimentazioni a maggior valore
- Coordinare il lancio e la gestione di challenge su piattaforme di crowdsourcing
- Gestire il rapporto con le startup selezionate
- Interfacciarsi con i soggetti dell’ecosistema

**Questa è l’opportunità per te se rispondi a questi requisiti**:

- Laurea triennale in discipline STEM, preferibilmente completata da laurea magistrale o da un MBA
- Esperienza pregressa affine di 3-4 anni, in società di consulenza, corporate, incubatore o fondo di venture capital
- Forte interesse personale per le tematiche di sostenibilità
- Competenze avanzate di problem solving e capacità di pensare in modo strategico, analitico e creativo
- Eccezionali competenze interpersonali e capacità di lavorare in team
- Disponibilità a trasferte all’estero
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
