**What you will do**:

- Serve as the primary escalation point for critical account issues, coordinating with internal teams to resolve problems swiftly and effectively.
- Develop and implement comprehensive account plans and risk mitigation strategies to prevent customer churn and to turn around at-risk accounts.
- Regularly report to executive leadership on the status of critical accounts, including progress, risks, and achievements.

**What you will bring with you**:

- Track record of managing and nurturing relationships with high-value customers, particularly in a technology or SaaS environment.
- Skilled in crafting detailed project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Proficient in cross-functional coordination to drive consensus and action plans for critical account initiatives.

- Familiarity with cloud security standards, cloud technologies, and cloud infrastructure; demonstrating a clear understanding of how to navigate and mitigate risks associated with cloud computing.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify risks, analyze data, and create effective solutions for complex customer issues.
- Adaptability and resilience, with the ability to navigate change, manage stress, and maintain composure in challenging situations.
