Reservations Agent

**Role**

Under the direct supervision of Reservation & PBX Supervisor, Reservation & PBX Agent is responsible for corresponding all inquiries on transient reservations for Aman Rosa Alpina and sister properties for customers, restaurant reservations and PBX for Aman Rosa Alpina

**Responsibilities**
- Maintains and enforces all quality and service standards and procedures for Reservation & PBX.
- Fully understand the hotel goals and execute all necessary actions to achieve them.
- Execute agreed actions to achieve the financial and non-financial objectives.
- Maintain a working knowledge of the IT support tools used in the world of sales today, including sales-specific software, property PMS, the Microsoft Office toolset.

**Requirements**:

- Verbal and written proficiency in Italian and English.
- Degree/Diploma in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years as Reservation Agent in an international luxury hotel.
- Computer knowledge.
