**What you’ll be doing**
- Work with Group Quality Assurance and Product Compliance Teams to establish quality requirements control processes across the business to drive quality improvements and low product fault rate
- Support in the development of product specifications and product sealing processes to ensure critical paths are meet with the supply base whilst ensuring product is designed and adhere to legal and safety standards
- Maintain and continually improve Boohoo’s performance by gathering relevant data and produce statistical reports
- Support in the collection of and approval of product test reports
- Measure performance and identify any areas of weakness, recommending and implementing improvements to ensure products defined to appropriate quality level and cost and increase efficiency
- Perform regular quality assessments on garments from suppliers and outgoing products prior to shipping using AQL inspection processes and sampling method
- Visit suppliers /factories to assist with the fit of production samples on the form and body
- Reject products, materials, packaging and labelling that fail to meet quality expectations and work collaboratively with suppliers / factories to implement improvement
- Working alongside the Quality and Product Compliance Team and Sourcing Team in educating and assisting the suppliers to ensure highest product quality standards across the Boohoo group
- Resolve quality and compliance related issues in a timely manner
- Provide education to the supply base on quality control concerns to improve product excellence
- Works in a safe and responsible manner, within the framework of legislation and workplace specific policies
- Is an ambassador for the Boohoo Group PLC.

As the Quality Manager you will have a positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work to tight deadlines. You will have Quality and Technical knowledge gained preferably within fast paced retail and supplier environment. You will need to be English and Italian speaking with a strong understanding of factory processes, quality control standards, testing & product fitting techniques.
