- Per il nostro sito di Monfalcone ricerchiamo n.1 _**_Machining Operator - Operatore Macchine Utensili CNC_**_ a supporto della produzione._
- La funzione primaria dell’operatore macchine utensili è di preparare e condurre macchine utensili CNC di piccole / medie/ grandi dimensioni (alesatrice, tornio verticale, foratrice) per ottenere le geometrie e le altre lavorazioni espresse dai disegni tecnici._

**_Il tuo Day-to-Day:_**
- _lettura disegno tecnico, le tolleranze ISO e ASME;_
- _movimentare e posizionare i pezzi, manualmente o con l’ausilio di argani o gru_
- _predisporre, sistemare e condurre la macchina utensile per effettuare operazioni di lavorazione meccanica, come da disegno tecnico;_
- _allineare e assicurare il pezzo tramite dispositivi di staffaggio;_
- _determinare le origini pezzo, controllare il pre-setting degli utensili e garantire il rispetto delle tolleranze dimensionali;_
- _tramite il MES, o attraverso i dati riportati nella documentazione di lavoro, registrare il tempo effettivamente speso per ogni operazione ;_
- _suggerire migliorie o di apportarle direttamente al programma di lavorazione del pezzo con lo scopo di ridurre i tempi di realizzazione;_
- _misurare, esaminare e testare i lavori completati per individuare eventuali difetti e per assicurare la conformità delle specifiche, utilizzando strumenti di precisione quali tastatori, calibri, micrometri, tamponi passa-non passa;_
- _Seguire gli standard e le procedure aziendali riguardanti, per esempio, sicurezza, qualità, movimenta e immagazzina l’attrezzatura necessaria allo svolgimento delle operazioni di lavorazione meccanica._

- _esperienza pregressa nella mansione;_
- _precisione ;_
- _serietà e disponibilità._
