Our Client is a leading multinational group operating on international markets in the Industrial sector: in order to strengthen their Management sector, they are looking for an Office & Management Assistant**.**
**Posizione**:
In order to follow and organize the activities of two VPs as well as internal and external communication, his/her main duties and tasks are:
- Providing assistance in arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas;
- Active involvement in the preparation of Group's and BU crucial documents;
- Supporting Group HRD with specific projects dealing with HR Topics and Communication Projects;
- Assisting coordinating the agenda of senior management team meetings and off-sites, and all staff meetings;
- Working collaboratively across departmental functions including strong communications with applicable business partners;
- Organizing and host presentations and customer visits;
- Assisting with promotional activities;
**Requisiti**:
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree;
- 5 to 10 years of experience supporting C-Level Executives;
- Italian and English native/fluency are mandatory;
- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks;
- Seamlessly with excellent attention to detail;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms;
- Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases.
