Head of Technical Drafting

**Posizione**:
We’re looking for a Head of Technical Drafting to join the Design Drafting department to lead our team on design system in terms of general layout design and verification, Cable Routing, SLD, BoM for Cables and accessories for cables distribution.

**Tasks and Duties**
- Provide technical leadership and direction to the Design Drafting team.
- Oversee the design, development, and integration of BESS systems I terms of drafting.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to define project specifications and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Manage the electrical engineering resource allocation.
- Ensure that designs comply with safety standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Develop and implement strategies to continuously improve electrical engineering function.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends in CAD and make recommendations for their adoption.
- Conduct technical reviews of layout designs and ensure compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.

**Requisiti**:
**Technical Requirements**
- Master’s degree in electrical engineering.
- 5 years’ experience in design of Industrial Layout design and installation
- Deep knowledge of electrical components and accessory for cables distribution
- Deep experienced with CAD software: AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit.
- Good communication skills both in English and Italian

Nice to have: Knowledge and familiarity with BIM methodology.

**Location**: Hybrid remote (from Italy) and HQ in Milan, Piazzale Lodi. Minimum availability to travel is required.
