**Il vostro ruolo**
- Are you able to handle multiple priorities (combination of new and repetitive) with energy and enthusiasm?
- Do you want to work closely with senior management on driving the function forward?
- We’re looking for a business manager to:
- understand the priorities and strategic goals of the function
- instigating change initiatives that will drive the business forward
- handle databases and report key insights and metrics to senior management
- manage a portfolio of projects ranging from quick tasks such as pulling a headcount report to longer term strategic initiatives over several months
- work with a variety of stakeholders both within your function and with supporting units e.g. Advisory&Sales, Business Management, Controlling, Client Advisors and other front functions.

**Il vostro team**
- You’ll be working, side by side with your tutors, in the Region Head’s business management team in Italy.
- We provide a huge variety of services to ensure that the business performs effectively whilst keeping alignment with our strategic priorities.
- You'll be working closely with senior management and their management team.

**La vostra esperienza**
- very organized and not fazed by being asked to juggle many tasks simultaneously
- good communicator with persuasive presentation skills
- quick to learn new things be it a new IT tool or different process
- always looking to remove barriers and make the way we work more efficient
- natural risk manager with a strategic mind-set
- excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite e.g. Excel and PowerPoint
- ability to take ownership of deliverables
- proactive and flexible attitude
