Per multinazionale settore automotive ampiamente strutturata selezioniamo un maintenance supervisor.
La risorsa, riportando direttamente al Plant Maintenance Manager, ed in collaborazione con i dipartimenti produttivi, coordinerà le attività di manutenzione dei reparti di riferimento.
Nel dettaglio:
- Coordina un team di tecnici, manutentori meccanici ed elettrici, supervisiona le imprese esterne nelle manutenzioni straordinarie
- Organizzerà e supervisionerà i programmi di manutenzione, sia ordinaria che straordinaria
- Parteciperà alla definizione del budget di manutenzione e del piano degli investimenti, collaborando con il responsabile
- Risponderà del rispetto delle previsioni di budget, degli indici di efficienza ed affidabilità delle linee e dell'adeguata gestione del magazzino ricambi
- Sarà responsabile dell'applicazione e rispetto delle normative sulla sicurezza nelle attività coordinate
- Collaborerà con le funzioni produttive per lo sviluppo dei piani di manutenzione ed il miglioramento continuo in un'ottica di lean management.
Si richiedono:
- Laurea in Ingegneria (indirizzo meccanico, elettrico, elettronico o similari)
- Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo, in contesti produttivi complessi ad alto livello di automazione
- Preferibilmente conoscenza delle metodologie TPM e logiche di Lean Manufacturing
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, per dialogare con i dipartimenti centrali
- Predisposizione al lavoro di squadra, leadership ed autonomia, attitudine alla precisione e all'organizzazione delle attività
