Overnight Educator

The “**H-FARM Summer Academy**” summer project offers a chance for children/youth ages 5 to 19 to have an immersive experience on digital and sports topics in English at Europe's most innovative campus.

**WORK HOURS AND LOCATION**
From June 22 to August 8.
From Sunday afternoon to Friday morning. Daily from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 to 10:30 p.m. at H-FARM Campus at Ca' Tron in Roncade, TV.
Some experiences may last the entire weekend.

**TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Facilitate recreational, leisure and educational activities in leisure time, promoting the socialization and well-being of participants
- Be supportive when needed, responding promptly to any needs or difficulties
- Manage and monitor group dynamics, making sure everyone feels involved and respected
- Work in synergy with the rest of the staff to ensure the smooth running of activities
- Be an active presence, interacting with participants, checking the state of rooms and enforcing student rules
- Support participants in evening activities (movies, free time, game nights, parties...)
- Supervise dinner and breakfast times
- Attend training meetings and prepare for activities
- Autonomy in reaching the work site

**REQUISITES - HARD SKILL**
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (C1-C2 level)
- Experience in education such as summer camps, au pairs, tutoring, after-school activities

**REQUIREMENTS - SOFT SKILLS**
- Time management and organizational skills, able to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Enjoy working in teams to build a positive and welcoming community.
- Empathy, patience, and ability to resolve problem situations in a calm and constructive manner
- Management of group dynamics

**NICE TO HAVE**
- Educational background in humanities or linguistics, education science, pedagogy, psychology, sociology, social sciences
- First aid certificate
