Assistant Bartender

**Role**

Under the supervision of the Bartender, the Assistant Bartender will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experience through skilled drink preparation, personalized service, and deep product knowledge. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the preparation and service of beverages under the supervision of the Bartender.
- Ensure the bar is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
- Support with mise en place, including garnishes, glassware, and ingredients.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in accordance with company policies and local regulations.
- Provide courteous and attentive service to guests, responding to requests promptly.
- Help manage inventory, restocking, and reporting low supplies.
- Operate POS systems and assist in accurate billing when required.
- Cooperate with other team members to ensure smooth service flow.

**Requirements**:

- Verbal and written proficiency in English and Italian
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally as Assistant Bartender within a luxury hospitality environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanour, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
