Nell’ottica del potenziamento del Dipartimento Online, all'interno della funzione Innovation & Consumer Data, Sisal Entertainment S.p.A. sta ricercando una risorsa da inserire come Demand Expert.
**Responsabilità ed attività del ruolo**:
- Raccogliere le principali necessità di sviluppo ed evolutive per la gestione del Customer;
- Definire una pianificazione tra le diverse priorità, negoziando ed aggiornando gli stakeholder;
- Coordinamento delle risorse necessarie per definire e formalizzare i business requirements;
- Intercettare punti di attenzione e/o criticità, individuando possibili soluzioni;
- Monitoraggio dei principali progetti, in allineamento con i differenti Product Owner;
- Presidio e gestione degli UAT progettuali.
- Due/tre anni di esperienze in contesti multinazionali / internazionali;
- Esperienza di gestione progettuale come PM/Demand in autonomia su clienti o in country estere;
- Progettualità in contesti dinamici con una complessità di fornitori e stakeholder medio/elevata
**Attitudini**:
- Capacità di tradurre la progettualità in attività giornaliere, necessarie a raggiungere gli obiettivi;
- Abilità di negoziare priorità ed urgenze con differenti attori;
- Propensione ad anticipare e risolvere criticità sul cammino critico;
- Capacità di approcciare costruttivamente e positivamente eventuali complessità o scadenze imminenti;
- Riconoscere e prioritizzare i problemi prioritari, definendo ed implementando le soluzioni necessarie.
