**We are looking for**:
We are looking for a Manager with deep experience and expertise to lead and grow our corporate portfolio and Executive Courses (e.g., Master Executive, MBA, etc.) catalog. If you have a proven track record of corporate relationship management and want to make a significant impact in the world of digital education, you are the person we are looking for

**ACTIVITIES**
- Lead and develop the company's corporate and Executive Courses strategy.
- Build and maintain high-level relationships with key corporate partners and clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and lead the negotiation of strategic deals.
- Monitor and respond to market trends and competitor moves.
- Manage and mentor the corporate team, ensuring outstanding goals and results.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure the effectiveness of corporate initiatives.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- At least 5 years of experience in senior corporate or consulting roles.
- Proven strategic vision and execution skills.
- Proven ability to manage and lead successful teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in Italian and English (C1 level).
- Proactive attitude and results-oriented mindset.
- Experience in managing Executive Courses is considered a plus.
