We are looking for a **Distribution & Service Channel Manager**, **Europe**to join our Isolation Valves team

With proven experience in channel sales management, ideally within **industrial valves**or **flow control industry**, you will shape and lead our network of distributors and service partners across Europe. In this strategic role, you will design and drive channel strategies that grow sales, strengthen market presence, and boost customer satisfaction.

The role requires regular travel and close collaboration across our European sites. Ideally, you will be based within easy reach of one of them**:Madrid, Paris, Rijswijk, Seregno, Mönchengladbach.**

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:

- Develop and implement channel strategies to grow sales and revenue through authorized distributors and service partners.
- Identify, onboard, and support high-performing partners across the European region.
- Foster long-term, strategic relationships with key channel partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partners are equipped with the tools, training, and support needed to succeed.
- Monitor channel performance and implement improvement initiatives to improve effectiveness.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with channel partners to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Establish and manage channel partner contracts and agreements.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all channel partner activities.

**For This Role, You Will Need**:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering / technical field or equivalent experience
- **Proven experience in managing channel sales in a Global / European role**with emphasis on **commercial agreements**:

- Strong technical knowledge of industrial valves/ **isolation valves**or broader flow control**technologies
- Ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships
- Proficiency in **English and local language**:

- Open to travel (50% of time)Drivers license

**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart**:
