**Position**:
**Job responsibilities**:
**NPI Procurement Management**:

- Coordinate all procurement activities related to new projects, from concept phase to mass production.
- Actively collaborate with R&D and Engineering teams to define specifications for components and materials required for new products.
- Identify, evaluate, and select new suppliers in line with the technical, quality, and cost requirements of NPI projects.

**Analysis and Costing**:

- Conduct in-depth cost analysis for new components and materials, identifying optimization opportunities and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) reduction.
- Participate in defining target prices and managing the purchasing budget for NPI projects.

**Supplier Negotiation and Management**:

- Negotiate NPI final price, assuring it adheres to product technical requirements and to its target cost.
- Manage supplier relationships, monitoring their performance in terms of quality, delivery times, and costs during the product development phase.

**Technical Support and Processes**:

- Contribute to optimizing NPI procurement processes, proposing improvements and best practices.

**Communication and Collaboration**:

- Act as a key interface between the Procurement team and other departments involved in product development (R&D, Engineering, Quality, Production).
- Regularly provide updates on project status and purchasing decisions to internal teams.

**Profile**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Previous experience, even mínimal (e.g., internship or thesis), in industrial contexts or supply chain/procurement roles is a plus.
- Excellent data analysis, costing, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal relationship management skills.
- Interest and aptitude for learning production processes and technologies.
- Proactive mindset, ability to adapt to rapidly evolving contexts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and spoken (Italian and English).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
