**Principali aree di responsabilità**:

- Supportare e assicurare la redazione e la formalizzazione di Bilanci delle Società italiane del Gruppo, nel rispetto delle normative civilistico - fiscali;
- Supportare e assicurare la redazione e la formalizzazione dei reporting Package trimestrali delle Società italiane del Gruppo, nel rispetto delle normative civilistico - fiscali (ITA ed IFRS GAAP);
- Review delle principali aree relative alle attività di chiusura trimestrale delle Società italiane del Gruppo;
- Gestire rapporti con la Società di Revisione e con i vari Organi di Controllo in particolare Collegi Sindacali;
- Predisporre le analisi e le informazioni richieste a supporto del Top Management e del Comitato Controllo e Rischi;
- Supporto al management per le tematiche bilancistiche su operazioni straordinarie (ITA ed IFRS GAAP);
- Supporto al management per le tematiche bilancistiche su nuove operazioni, con particolare riferimento al settore _Energy _(ITA ed IFRS GAAP)_;_
- impostare e monitorare procedure e linee guida sulla base dell’aggiornamento dei principi contabili (ITA ed IFRS GAAP);
- porre in essere gli adempimenti previsti dalla normativa relativa all’ARERA (unbundling);
- porre in essere gli adempimenti previsti dalla Banca d’Italia e di altri eventuali adempimenti infomativi verso enti esterni.

laurea specialistica in economia
*
Esperienze: *
almeno tre/quattro anni in principali Società di Revisione contabile (BIG4) o esperienza in Financial Statements (settore _Energy)_
*
Lingue: *
buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
*
Conoscenze IT : *
buona conoscenza sistema applicativo Office e preferibilmente SAP
