**Role Description**

We are looking for a Global FP&A Manager who will be in charge of:

- _providing support in coordinating the reporting and planning activities (budget + Medium Term Plan);
- coordinating at global level support functions planning and reporting;
- managing the FP&A calendar;
- data Consolidation in NSPB (Netsuite Business Planning);
- Power BI report Global Reporting;
- ad hoc analysis and reporting as per Senior management/business need.

**Main activities**
- You will possess a collaborative leadership style in order to foster a high performing culture and able to positively influence business performance;
- we are looking for a professional with strong analytical skills, combined with commercial acumen;
- you will possess strong attention to detail with high energy and resilience, with ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure.

**Desired qualification**
- 5 to 10 years of FP&A experience;
- an analytical mindset with a lateral approach to problem-solving and decision-making;
- proactive and flexible approach;
- ability to work in international team building effective relationships also with different departments and senior management;
- ability and willingness to contribute to create effective processes and procedures.
