**At Duality our vision is to solve real world problems in the metaverse.**:
**Our jam is accurate digital twin simulation. Imagine Fortnite but with robots and humans We build physically accurate worlds in which autonomous robots and human players can engage in real time producing high fidelity interaction data.**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage digital twin simulation engineering, including task assignments, issue tracking and load balance priorities across developers on the team.
- Coordinate with design, product and customer success teams on the vision and direction of engineering development
- Triage and track specific needs of Falcon's external customers
**Requirements**:
- Bachelors in computer science, engineering or related fields
- Entry level programming skills in Python or C++
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools as well as git-based versioning platforms like gitlab & github
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to collaborate across multiple timezones (majority of the team is in CET)
- Organized and detail oriented
**Nice to have**:
- Entry level knowledge of Unreal Engine and Blueprints
- Basic understanding of 3D graphics and simulation algorithms
