**ROLE OVERVIEW**: Job title: Concur Solution Sales Manager / Italy
Responsible for meeting and/or exceeding the Company’s annual revenue and booking quota for assigned market unit. Responsible for hiring, training, developing, and managing a successful team of Solution Sales that consistently exceeds annual revenue quota for the assigned region.
Reports to the LOB Head of SAP Concur Italy Greece & Mena.
RESPONSIBILITIES Directs the activities of the Solution Sales team within assigned region to ensure that company revenue goals and objectives are exceeded Expected to own and drive pipeline forecast & individual coaching weekly Creates an environment in which customer expectations are set appropriately and Solution Sales Executives are stakeholders in customer satisfaction Develops and maintains a business, sales and marketing plan for assigned region to help create brand awareness & accelerate new customer adoption Develops sales strategies that link prospect’s business driver to Concur’s Employee Spend Management Solution Develops and maintains strong alliance partnerships within the assigned region with both Travel Management Companies & System Integrators
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & TRAINING REQUIRED BA/BS in a business or a technical related field of study from an accredited college or university is desired but not mandatory 10+ years of successful experience selling complex solution or services Experience in SaaS solution sales in the Italian region Availability to pass a background checking procedure
JOB SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS Demonstrated ability to consistently generate revenue and exceed quota by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business Demonstrated knowledge of software direct and re-seller sales channels Demonstrated ability to accurately forecast revenue monthly, quarterly, and annually Demonstrated ability to successfully negotiate complex contracts Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
