Tirocinio: Development and Validation of Dc-dc Converter Control Logic for On-board Power Systems

All'interno della Direzione R&D, area E-mobility, siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa interessata ad un tirocinio curricolare che ha i seguenti obiettivi:

- Fornire un modello di controllo Simulink convalidato e le specifiche dell'interfaccia CAN per il DC-DC.
- Dimostrare la conformità rispetto ai requisiti (efficienza, regolazione, dinamica, gestione dei guasti) con test report.
- Fornire un piano di implementazione.

Nello specifico, le attività oggetto del tirocinio saranno le seguenti:

- Raccogliere i requisiti per il convertitore CC-CC di bordo e definire l'architettura di controllo.
- Modellare algoritmi di controllo in MATLAB/Simulink (regolazione tensione/corrente, avvio graduale, transitori, protezioni).
- Implementare l'interfaccia CAN per comandi, stato e diagnostica (segnali DBC, macchina a stati).
- Sviluppare test unitari e casi di test SIL/MIL/HIL; eseguire test al banco sul DC-DC e, se applicabile, sul veicolo.
- Supportare la calibrazione e la parametrizzazione; analizzare i registri; preparare la documentazione e le note di rilascio.
- Collaborare con il team E-Mobility sui requisiti di sicurezza e funzionali (conoscenza della norma ISO 26262).

**Si richiede**:

- Laurea in corso di conseguimento in Ingegneria elettronica/informatica/dell'automazione, ingegneria dell'autoveicolo;
- ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, parlata e scritta;
- proattività;
- propensione al lavoro in team.
