**About the role**

The role is for a seasoned Product Management professional, Developing research and analytics to support and contribute to the development of marketing strategies. Responsible identifying opportunities of improvement to enhance Product Management performance.

**Requirements**:
As a minimum you must have:

- Degree in Engineering, or similar
- 5+ years of experience in similar role on an international company
- Experience in HVAC industry (VRF is a must)
- Enthusiastic, proactive attitude and curiosity
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- English fluent, another European language would be a plus.
- Willing to travel up to 15%

**Responsibilities**
- Collects macroeconomics, industry and target market information to forecast market size.
- Establishes competitive product and service analysis through European distributors and professional audience to support product development requirements and specifications.
- Preferred contact person between European distributors & engineering teams in multicultural environment (European & Asian factories)
- Identifies and develops near-term and mid-term business strategies relating to the development of new products, technologies, services, local regulations, follow-on products, and/or industries to ensure profitability and positioning in the market.
- Tracks product/service development and effectively manage a product or service category's life cycle and ensure profitability.
- Liaises with marketing communication team to ensure successful product launches
