**Responsibilities**:
LIONARD S.p.A. is seeking an **E-commerce Manager **for the **Florence** office with the following responsibilities:

- Develop and implement the e-commerce strategy;
- Oversee the development of functionality and the progressive improvement of the Customer Journey of customers, ensuring that communication is in tune with the positioning of the Brand;
- Monitor sales KPIs through Analytics tools;
- Managing the online catalog;
- Managing partner sites;
- Coordinating content production;
- Coordinating the Visual and Content Team for continuous ROI optimization;
- Improve Customer Experience by monitoring NPS and implementing corrective actions;
- Collaborate with Marketing Team to develop initiatives that increase traffic and improve CR;

**Requirements**:
The resource must demonstrate **previous professional experience in e-commerce manager roles**; preference will be given to individuals who have held similar roles in structured companies such as **Booking, Trivago and/or related to the luxury segment (Farfetch, Goop).**
- Strategic and creative vision for content creation (video and multimedia);
- Data analysis mindset;
- Passion for storytelling with strong communication skills and excellent knowledge of the Italian language in written form and grammar rules;
