**RESPONSABILITA'**:

- Condurre ricerche di mercato (**global sourcing**) per **identificare fornitori affidabili e competitivi** di componenti elettronici e materiali tecnici.
- Costruire relazioni di collaborazione e di fiducia con i fornitori chiave.
- **Negoziazione **dei prezzi, delle condizioni contrattuali e dei tempi di consegna con i fornitori, al fine di ottenere le migliori offerte e garantire la massima qualità dei prodotti.
- Collaborare con il team di ingegneri per comprendere le **specifiche tecniche dei materiali**e assicurarsi che siano conformi agli **standard di qualità e sicurezza**.
- **Valutare le prestazioni dei fornitori esistenti** e gestire le relazioni con loro per ottimizzare il rapporto di collaborazione.
- Mantenere costantemente aggiornato il registro degli ordini, le scadenze di consegna e i dati relativi agli acquisti effettuati.

**Monitorare le tendenze di mercato e le innovazioni tecnologiche** per garantire che l'azienda rimanga all'avanguardia nel settore.

**REQUISITI**
- Laurea Triennale in **Ingegneria Elettronica, Ingegneria Elettrica o campo correlato**.
- Minimo di 2**-3 anni di esperienza nel ruolo di Technical Buyer**, preferibilmente in aziende con fornitori e respiro internazionali.
- Conoscenza approfondita dei **processi di approvvigionamento tecnico e delle pratiche di sourcing globale.**
- Abilità di **negoziazione**e capacità di **gestire relazioni con fornitori internazionali**.
- Forti competenze analitiche e capacità **di valutare le specifiche tecniche dei materiali elettronici**.
- Ottima conoscenza della **lingua inglese **(scritta e parlata).
- Capacità di lavorare in modo autonomo e all'interno di un **team dinamico e internazionale.**

Disponibilità a viaggiare occasionalmente (una o due volte l’anno) in ambito internazionale.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato

Stipendio: €28.000,00 - €37.000,00 all'anno
