Merchandising Specialist Junior

As part of the Merchandising team, this position will report to the Head of Merchandising and Operations and will support the development of a profitable and efficient assortment through close collaboration with the Product, Sourcing, and Sales teams.
**Main activities & accountabilities**:
Support on the analysis of collections performance through data to implement most effective price architecture, product assortment and updates through milestones.
Work collaboratively with product, sourcing and sales team to meet seasonal range plan targets and KPIs.
Support of the Management of the entire development process up to the presentation and approval of the collection.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
Fluent English both spoken and written
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Curiosity and proactivity in approaching problems
