**The Position**
- As a Quality Assurance Manager at Novo Nordisk you will play a crucial role in our Fill & Finish expansion project. You will ensure adherence to internal and external quality standards and regulatory requirements. You will guide, coach, and mentor your team, setting direction and fostering individual growth.
- Furthermore, you will:
- Collaborate with other areas within the Fill & Finish expansion project to ensure alignment and collaboration.- Provide operational and tactical direction to the head of the department.- Implement quality assurance in alignment with the Fill & Finish expansion project.- Assess potential risks for patients and products, ensuring compliance and offering advice/recommendations.- Take responsibility for all quality assurance aspects throughout the value chain.

**Qualifications**
- In addition, you have:
- A strong quality mindset with proven experience in quality systems within pharmaceutical manufacturing.- Comprehensive understanding of cGMP, validation requirements, and aseptic production.- In-depth understanding of regulatory standards for ensuring compliance and maintaining the quality of processes and products.- Fluency in written and spoken English; Italian language is an advantage
