**As part of your mission, you will act as a true ambassador of the JACADI brand and be passionate about the world of children. Responsible for the animation of the commercial performance of the store and the management of the teams, your main missions will be the following:
**Management of the teams**:
You will lead the teams with the objective of developing sales.

Accompanied by the network recruitment manager and the Regional Director, you are in charge of recruiting your teams

You ensure the training and development of your teams' skills in collaboration with the Network Training Manager

You are in charge of the organization of the schedules

**Animation and commercial management of the store**:
You are responsible for the development of the store's turnover

You ensure an active role in welcoming our customers with a personalized quality of service in order to build customer loyalty

You are in charge of the follow-up of the stocks and anticipate the restocking of the sales area to satisfy the needs of the customers

**Merchandising**:
You will ensure that the store is properly maintained and will be responsible for the layout of the sales area in accordance with the guidelines given by the merchandising teams

You will participate in other tasks related to sales (inventory, unpacking, labeling, etc.)

**Profile**:
Ideally, you have a commercial training (Bac+2) and have demonstrated your talents during significant managerial experiences in the ready-to-wear or specialized distribution. You show leadership and are strongly result-oriented.

A salesperson at heart, generosity, authenticity and exemplarity are your main driving forces. Experience in the premium world is a plus. Knowledge of foreign languages is an asset, English being a prerequisite.
