The Business Technology Leader (BTL) is accountable for driving the EMEA Supply Chain Deliver strategy through the development and implementation of the technology roadmap across all segments.

As the IT Leader on the EMEA Deliver Leadership Team, this position has accountability to drive a prioritized investment portfolio to accelerate business outcomes and operate as a digital organization In addition, this role is committed to ensuring a reliable, secure supply chain by modernizing the core while accelerating the digital journey. The position is pivotal in providing key leadership in the supply chain end-to-end transformation.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Drive thought leadership in SC technology capability across EMEA Deliver SC and enable differentiating SC capabilities as competitive advantage through innovative technology solutions. This requires continuous learning of the latest technology and interaction with the external marketplace to ensure a sound business technology strategy and continuous introduction of new solutions.
- Represent SCT with key Deliver EMEA Supply Chain partners across all segments. Work across the senior business leaders to set/influence supply chain strategy and ensure strategic SCT alignment and partnership.
- Shape and ensure efficient and effective delivery of the EMEA program portfolio that builds customer value with speed and is aligned with enterprise imperatives including acquisitions and divestitures
- Responsible for strategy, development, socialization, influencing and approval of business cases for Deliver EMEA Business-funded technology projects. Work closely with SCT Product Line’s and Deliver EMEA Business leaders to ensure business cases are well planned and metrics driven which are socialized and approved in an expedited manner.
- Responsible for the EMEA Supply Chain financials related to technology program portfolio and partnering with to identify value proposition of JJT investments and realization of business benefits.

**Qualifications**
- A Bachelor’s Degree is required
- Minimum of 12 years of experience and demonstrated leadership in Business Technology is required
- Ability to influence, negotiate and connect with both external customers and internal partners including executive leadership and across complex organizations is required
- Deep understanding of business drivers/processes and the ability to relate priorities to associated technology investments is required
- End to end Supply Chain understanding preferred
- Knowledge of innovative technology trends (digital, data & analytics, customer experience, etc) is preferred
- Knowledge of medical devices, pharmaceutical and/or consumer packaged goods industry is preferred
- Strength in large program delivery
- Experience managing large, complex budgets
- Demonstrated ability to construct a business case and track benefits realization
- Proven track record of delivering operational efficiencies and financial commitments.
- Ability to handle high level of complexity, as well as the lead through multiple critical issues simultaneously and experience in working with multiple contending stakeholders and priorities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, interpersonal skills, strong negotiating skills, servant leadership approach to empower a team; establishing a collaborative environment with outstanding service orientation are all requirements for this position
- Understanding of the business impact of different solutions and ability to assess impact and communicate the tradeoffs between business needs, technology requirements, timelines, costs and risks is required
