**Job Description**:
The person will:
- Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
- Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records.
- Create and update of job descriptions
- Assist with performance management procedures.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars. Support in the drafting of the training plan and reporting of completed plans; registration and verification of the effectiveness of the training carried out
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
- Support on internal communication activities and events
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Assist with payroll and ad-hoc HR projects.
- Support other assigned functions.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
This position reports to the HR Manager and will mainly work at the head office in Bottanuco (BG); availability to move daily on the Italian offices, located in the province of Brescia and Milan is required.
Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree in human resources or related (essential).
- At least 6 months of working experience
Knowledge and Skills
- Effective people management skills.
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- organizational and time management skills.
- Good decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to accurately follow instructions.
- nice to have previous experience in HR, in multinational company
- Languages: Italian - Native speaker; English: B2
