You will prepare proposals and bids, participate in negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment. You will contribute to the operational plan of our department.

As a Lead Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Partnering with commercial finance and sales management/commercial leadership to align and prioritize pipeline in the regions.
- Leading negotiations with Customers and Functions in order to ensure full compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment.
- Preparing commercial proposal with highest quality, completeness and time responsiveness Lead Risk Assessment processes - coordinate with Functions (Legal, Finance, Risk).
- Being responsible for detailed technical proposal preparation, development program management, product pricing and contract negotiations.
- Supporting opportunities pipeline, throughput/yield, and cycle time metrics and measurements.

**Fuel your passion**:
To be successful in this role you will:

- Have Bachelor's from an accredited institution in an Engineering field or equivalent industry experience.
- Have a minimum of 5 years' of proposal development or writing, contract terms and conditions negotiation and drafting experience.
- Be able to demonstrate project management skills and be experience in project leadership.
- Be able to demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills.
