The Company has been active since the 1970s under the chairmanship of Francesco Casoli. Over 3000 employees play their part in helping us produce about 17 million items a year between hoods and electric motors. Our production platform centres around five countries including Italy, Poland, Mexico and China and makes us the outright leaders in the world in the sector of hoods and among the leaders in Europe in the design, production and distribution of electric motors for hoods and heating system boilers.

**MISSION**:
La risorsa si occuperà di garantire la corretta gestione delle attività HR in ambito payroll, amministrazione e budget, assicurando la piena compliance con le normative vigenti, regolamenti aziendali e direttive interne.

**PRINCIPALI ATTIVITA'**:
La risorsa si occuperà di svolgere in autonomia le seguenti attività:

- Garantire il corretto allineamento tra le politiche di payroll e amministrazione del personale e i relativi processi operativi adottati in azienda, in conformità con le normative vigenti in materia giuslavoristica e contrattualistica;
- Gestire i sistemi di rilevazione presenze e di elaborazione delle paghe e la documentazione fiscale, curando i rapporti con i fornitori esterni;
- Elaborare i conteggi mensili degli stipendi di tutti i collaboratori e la registrazione e contabilizzazione degli stessi;
- Assicurare la gestione amministrativa riguardante le assunzioni, le trasformazioni e le uscite;
- Effettuare tutte le comunicazioni obbligatorie verso gli enti pubblici di riferimento (INAIL, INPS, Ispettorato del lavoro, etc.);
- Collaborare nell’elaborazione del budget e delle successive revisioni;
- Collaborare all’elaborazione di report statistici per gli enti esterni e relazionarsi con gli enti preposti per chiarimenti o approfondimenti necessari allo svolgimento delle attività di competenza;
- Monitorare l’evoluzione delle normative garantendo la loro applicazione nei tempi previsti identificando eventuali opportunità di saving in ambito costo del lavoro;
- Coordinare il team di lavoro dedicato.

**Requisiti**:

- Diploma o Laurea in materia economica o simili;
- Esperienza di 7/10 anni nel ruolo e settore, maturata in aziende di grandi dimensioni;
- Ottima padronanza del pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel);
- Conoscenza del sistema ERP Zucchetti;
- Ottima conoscenza del CCNL Metalmeccanico;
- Ottime capacità di leadership e gestione del team;
- Ottime capacità analitiche;
- Completano il profilo flessibilità, proattività ed orientamento al risultato.
