Dentons Italy is currently looking to grow its Tax & Private Wealth Team with the appointment of a Trainee based in our Milan Office.

**Requirements**:

- At least 6 months of proven comparable law firm experience, with a focus on or interest in private wealth (e.g. estate and succession planning, trusts, family office services, etc.), corporate law and related contractual arrangements. Experience and familiarity with cross-border structures / transactions is a plus.
- Italian Law Degree with top academics results equal or greater than 105
- You have had an experience abroad (e.g.: Erasmus, LLM.)
- High legal knowledge
- High level of English (Certificate C1)
- Vocation and motivation for practicing the legal profession
- Global mentality
- You are able to adapt to an international environment and eager to grow both professionally and personally with us.
