As a Supply Chain Planner at PPG you will be responsible for the strategic and tactical planning of manufacturing and drive process improvements that reduce complexity. You will assist in lowering manufacturing costs, reduce working capital and optimise service. Do you thrive using analytical skills to resolve issues in a fast-paced environment? If so, read on

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure accurate raw material and packaging inventories are maintained to consistently meet manufacturing and customer requirements, as well as implement corrective actions addressing any inaccuracies or reoccurring issues.
- Track plant/business key performance indicators to the established supply chain plan.
- Identify ways to improve supply planning processes and tools for assigned areas.
- Provide supply planning expertise to the commercialization of new products or resolution of key inventory shortage issues.
- Maintain capacity plans and production schedules to ensure efficient delivery of inventory, service, and cost objectives

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or in Operations/Supply Planning with 2 years of proven experience in a planning environment.
- Previous experience in Supply Planning or Supply Chain Management environment is strongly desirable.
- Proficient English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites and experience in SAP is a plus.
