**MAW - Divisione Search and Selection** ricerca per azienda leader nel settore alimentare:

- **IT SERVICE DESK**

La figura selezionata sarà affiancata da professionisti esperti e svolgerà attività di supporto tecnico per gli utenti aziendali, dislocati sia in Italia che nelle filiali estere.

**Attività principali**:

- Diagnosticare e risolvere problematiche di base relative a hardware, software, reti e sistemi operativi
- Installare, configurare e mantenere hardware e software aziendali (computer, stampanti, periferiche e dispositivi mobili)
- Monitorare lo stato dei ticket e garantire supporto tecnico tempestivo

**Requisiti**:

- Diploma tecnico o informatico (es. Perito Informatico, Tecnico delle Telecomunicazioni)
- Passione per il settore IT e predisposizione al problem-solving
- Conoscenza di base dei sistemi operativi Windows e dei principali strumenti informatici
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Disponibilità a saltuarie trasferte
