La società nostra cliente è un’importante **AZIENDA **che progetta, realizza e commercializza in Italia e all’estero **tubi flessibili ad uso industriale**. Nell’ambito di un programma di sviluppo e potenziamento della propria organizzazione ci ha incaricato di assisterla nella selezione del seguente profilo professionale:
**QUALITY MANAGER**:
**Posizione**:
Il / la Candidato/a ideale ha maturato una buona esperienza nel Sistema di Gestione della Qualità (SGQ), con particolare attenzione e competenza anche sugli aspetti di Salute, Sicurezza e Ambiente (HSE), e idealmente è un **Auditor certificato per ISO 9001 e / o ISO 14001 e/o ISO 45001**.

**Il Ruolo è così strutturato e comporta le seguenti principali mansioni**:

- Individuare e validare metodologie e tecniche per il controllo dei processi e dei prodotti;
- Partecipare alla predisposizione e alla supervisione di procedure aziendali e istruzioni operative;
- Coordinare e gestire il proprio Team di collaboratori, definendo attività, obiettivi e formazione continua;
- Monitorare i trend qualitativi e garantire la corretta rendicontazione;
- Gestire i rapporti con enti certificatori.

**Requisiti**:
**Si richiedono i seguenti principali requisiti**:

- Diploma / Laurea in materie tecniche (Ingegneria).
- Aver maturato almeno 3 / 5 anni di esperienza in ruolo analogo in ambito settore impiantistico.
- Ottime capacità relazionali, autonomia organizzativa, gestione delle priorità e proattività.
- Ottima capacità di mediazione fra necessità tecniche e normative.

**Altre informazioni**:
Si prevede inserimento in una realtà in espansione e dal respiro internazionale, e la conoscenza dell’**inglese è fondamentale **per interfacciarsi con le unità aziendali estere.
